*finally a weekend*
There were points during this week that I honestly wondered if I would still be alive by today. I ended up having stuff published in the KEG and another column yesterday. Thank goodness I'm getting some real work done there. Some days I end up spending 12 hours on campus, so I keep my toothbrush and toothpaste with me. Good dental hygine even during stressful times is crucial.
I'm still in the middle of a nesting phase, so I'm getting ready to go bake a pie. I've got my mom's recipe for a DERBY pie...it's like chess pie with walnuts and chocolate chips. Very yummy. Very Kentucky.
Figgins and I went to see BIG FISH last night...it was very worthwhile. I reccommend that you see it when you get a chance...it's got a wonderful cast and some really great themes. I didn't cry, although I was misting a little bit.
