Greetings all. I had another column today in the Kernel...kykernel.com if you wish to read it. I'm starting to get the reputation around here as the complainer. I can understand that one. Whatever.
It's the mid-week slump and I'm so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open. At my internship to day, I got to interview an author and start to work on a story that's due Friday. It'll be nice to have a chance to get published in something besides the school newspaper. Not that I don't love the Kernel, but it's nice to be diverse. I've got several things due before the end of the week, including another story (news desk this time) that I'm working on about self defense on campus. I think I might have put too much food on my plate this week.
The weekend won't be a time to chill this time around...I'm going up to Indiana to a casino to do some reporting with 2 girls from the Kernel. It should be fun.
I'm going to the gym now to run a few miles and burn up those nasty carbs. Oh yeah...I still eat bread. Screw the Atkins diet. Yeah.
