I am giving out no details. I'm giving no names. I just wanted to say that I got to cuddle with a very nice boy the other night while watching Gone in 60 Seconds. He never even tried to kiss me. Man that was great. He played with my hair and held my hand and seemed so happy with just that. I'd started to lose my faith in decent guys. I guess this is mostly due to the fact that I've been in a lot of bars lately and those guys aren't always the best. Interestingly enough, this mystery cuddle guy and I ended up at a club on the same night last week and he danced with me cheek to cheek. I swear I could have fallen asleep like that, I was so comfortable. It also made me very glad that I'm single so I can enjoy things like that more when they do happen.
I have one day left before school starts...an International Student open house tomorrow morning where I can go cinvince freshmen to study abroad. I really hope I can help them understand how much it changed me and what an affect it had on my self esteem. There's just something about being alone in a foreign country for 6 months that makes you really know yourself.
Jackie and I bought season football tickets today and we are going to every game, dang it. This is my last year at UK and I'm going out with a bang. We're going to paint our faces and tailgate and do whatever we can to get involved. It's about time I show a little school spirit in UK after all the crap I did in high school!
One more day of freedom and then it's time to hit the books...
