I suppose since I've been working so hard on an article for the Kentucky Kernel about Blogging, I should take my own advice and update this page. I've been so busy these past three weeks just trying to read everything...write articles...and do research that I've barely had time to breathe. I feel really overwhelmed, but I guess that is a typical part of being a senior. I'm well on my way to graduating in May. My mom thinks I should back off some of the classes and ease my load up and just take another semester next fall. It would definately give me time to get more experience in at the Kernel, but if I get a decent enough internship next summer and do well enough in my classes this year, I won't have to worry about all that. I guess I'm just sort of getting scared about the prospect of graduating and moving on from UK.
I'm not ready for my college days to be behind me.
Geez, I was walking past the classroom building on my way down to the Kernel the other day and I started tearing up just thinking that most of my time here is over and that next year, I'll be a FORMER student. I've actually enjoyed my time here, despite all the whining my sophomore year, and am not so sure I am ready for the real world...
I really thought I had things all figured out just a short time ago, but apparently not.
Also, Congratulations to Frances and Dave on their engagement. Love moderately.
